ReplyDeletei have fretted
i have talked" Why is it so hard for us to simply rest and let Him take care of things. Nice reminder.
This is beautiful. Very poignant.

ReplyDeleteHow very, very beautiful. Wow.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this gentle reminder.
I love this, Kendal. He's been telling me to rest today and I keep saying "I'll do just one more thing first" and I haven't listened yet. But I'd better listen now, right!?

I have worried and talked too much today instead of resting. Divine appointment to read your beautiful words this afternoon.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right. It's very important to take time to rest, to spend time with the Lord, and let Him replenish our energy.
ReplyDeleteI have learned so much about rest the past year. True, deep rest is about so much more than napping or being lazy, isn't it? Love your words!
ReplyDeleteI am in need of this sister of faith and prayer. Needing that rest. Wonderful words Kendal. Thank you.
